Busy season heads-up: from Black Friday through Christmas, production and couriers are at their busiest, so orders can take a little longer. Ordering a gift? Order early. Christmas cut-offs: 15 November worldwide, 5 December within the EU.

Because your case should be made for you, not pulled from a pile. Most shops order thousands of the same case and hope they sell. We print yours only once you order it, onto your exact model, and check it before it's packed.

That means no old stock, far less waste, and a case that's truly yours. Your case is printed and shipped in 1–3 business days.

Ordering the wrong size is the most common mix-up, so we made it easy. Our Find your fit guide walks you through it in seconds:

• iPhone & iPad: Settings → General → About → Model Name.
• Kindle: Amazon → Account → Content & Devices.
• MacBook: the “A” number on the underside, e.g. A2681.
• Laptop sleeve: measure width × depth and we'll pick 13”, 14” or 16”.

Yes. Every KASEO tough phone case has a built-in magnetic ring, so MagSafe chargers, wallets, stands and grips snap straight on and stay put.

Pair it with one of our magnetic wallets or grips in the same print for a matching set.

Standard shipping is free on orders of €60 or more to the EU and UK, €75 or more to the US and Canada, and €90 or more everywhere else. Two cases usually gets you there in Europe.

Below that, shipping is calculated from your address and shown in full at checkout before you pay. No surprises added at the last step.

Add any 3 phone cases to your cart and one of them is free. It applies automatically at checkout, so there's no code to remember.

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the first update to appear, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

You can also check any time on our Track your order page. Ordered more than one item? They may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

Within the EU: no. There are no import duties to pay.

Outside the EU, your country may charge customs duty or import tax depending on its rules and your order value. These are set by your local customs office, aren't included in our prices, and are paid on delivery. If you're unsure, check your country's customs allowance before ordering.

Be quick! Email contact@shopkaseo.com straight away with your order number. If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

Because printing starts very soon after you order, once your case is being made it can't be changed. Double-check your model and address before you pay.

Sorry about that! Email contact@shopkaseo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem (we may ask for a short video too).

Once it's verified we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you won't need to send anything back. Faults that appear later in normal use are covered by our 90-day warranty.

EU & UK: yes, you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions. The item needs to come back unused, and return shipping is at your cost. We refund everything, including your original delivery, within 14 days.

Outside the EU & UK: because every case is made to order, we can only refund damaged, defective, wrong or lost items. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
