Incorrect Address Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Every KASEO case is made to order and shipped soon after purchase, which means production can begin very quickly after checkout. Because of that speed, it's essential the shipping address on your order is correct before it ships — there's often only a short window to catch and fix a mistake.

Your Responsibility

It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers, postal code, and any delivery instructions. We ship exactly to the address provided at checkout — we don't cross-check or amend it on our end.

Spotted a Mistake After Ordering?

Contact us immediately at contact@shopkaseo.com if you notice an error. If your order hasn't yet entered production, we'll do what we can to correct it. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we're unable to modify or redirect it, and KASEO isn't liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

If a Parcel Is Returned to Sender

If a parcel is undeliverable because of an incorrect address and is returned to our fulfillment partner, contact us and we'll arrange to reship it. A reshipping fee may apply to cover the cost of shipping again — this will vary depending on the destination address.

If your parcel seems to be missing entirely rather than returned, see our Lost Parcel Policy instead.
