Offer Terms
Offer terms
Every KASEO offer, explained in plain English. Anything unclear? Get in touch and we'll help.
The basics
- One discount per order. Offers and codes can't be combined. If more than one could apply, checkout automatically gives you whichever saves you more.
- Free shipping still applies alongside any offer.
- Discounts come off the item price and can't be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
- If you return something bought with an offer, you're refunded what you actually paid for it. Your right to withdraw is not affected (see Withdraw From Your Order).
- We may change or end an offer at any time. Orders already placed keep the price shown at checkout.
10% off your first order
Enter this code at checkout:
WELCOME10- 10% off your first order with KASEO.
- One use per customer, for first orders only.
- Can't be combined with Buy 2 Get 1 Free, our bundle deals or any other code. If your bag qualifies for Buy 2 Get 1 Free, checkout applies whichever saving is bigger.
Buy 2, get 1 free
Applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
- Add 3 phone cases to your bag and the lowest-priced one is free.
- It repeats for every 3 phone cases in the same order, so 6 cases means 2 free.
- Applies to phone cases only, not other products.
Better together
- Magnetic phone grips are €19.99 everyday, so they work alongside Buy 2 Get 1 Free.
- €10 off the Full Set (screen protector and strap with a case). Applied automatically.
- Matching Set: 15% off 3 or more pieces from our Bundles page with code KASEOSET.
Free shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders of €60 or more to the EU and UK, €75 or more to the US and Canada, and €90 or more everywhere else. The amount is counted after discounts and shown in your own currency at checkout.
